Tammy is an experienced conference and event planner with over 25 years creating and managing events for Corporations, Non-Profits and Government Organizations.

Throughout her career she has gained a unique combination of skills developing and overseeing numerous types of events while significantly increasing profits and reducing costs. As a hands-on management professional, she has strong interpersonal skills and can relate and communicate with all levels of management within an organization, identifying specific needs and troubleshooting problems. Her experience includes, but is not limited to:

* Event management for groups of 10 to 10,000 participants

* Budget development and management
* Planning and management of special events that include Galas, Award Banquets, Receptions, Board Dinners, Wedding and Baby Showers, Family Reunions and Golf Tournaments and much more
* Venue and vendor RFP process and contract negotiations
* Vendor selection, i.e. general service contractor, destination management company, decorator, audio visual, caterer, floral, security, speakers, photographer, interpreters, tour, transportation providers to name a few
* Venue selection, i.e. hotel, convention center, resorts, convention center, theme parks and golf courses and more
* Development and implementation of marketing plans and timelines
* Development of sponsorship opportunities and recognition
* Manage Board, speakers and VIP logistics and itineraries
* On-site staff scheduling and management
